Bright cheerful artwork by Vanessa Brantley-Newton weaves in and out of Bob Marley's upbeat words in this book by Cedella Marley. It cheered me up a lot when I was reading when I was feeling blue or sad.

Who would not love Harry Potter? Although I like the UK version more, as the writer is from the UK and Philosopher's stone has the more charm into it, the stories are great and fascinating. I can read it again and again.

I love books that have cute and little illustrations. Maybe it is due to the fact I am still 'little'. The boat character was absolutely charming and cute I loved reading the book. The blue palette was very fresh to look at.

This story was so cute and actually made me giggle quite a bit. Graphic Novels are great for when you finish an amazing book and don’t where to go next, when you need a book or are in a slump. The illustrations were fun to watch too.

Rhyming text based on a song by reggae artist and social activist Bob Marley and illustrations, created in pencil and with digital aid, encourage young readers to stand up. It was a wonderful read and quite fun!

This book uses humor to teach the important message of washing hands, which is vital for young readers to learn. This is a good book to use for creative writing, and spark their desire to write other creative writing pieces from this book on other important topics.

ugustus and His Smile is a picture book that's able to match the story wonderfully with the illustrations. Augustus' journey takes him too many different places and Rayner uses this opportunity to play with the reader.

Sabuda's pop up are such a delight to read. The pop ups are all sturdy and the illustrations are lovely. of course the pop ups are the highlight of them all, but I loved the context also. It matches each page.

Neil Humphreys is the king of humour and over the top, shouty dialogue that just makes the reader go ouch, oops and LOL at the same time. Utterly fun read for our middle graders, I will definitely recommend the book!

The Middle Moffat is about Jane, who is very thoughtful and conscientious. She makes friends with “The Oldest Inhabitant” in town, gives an organ recital, and views a total eclipse of the sun with her best friend, Nancy. The whole book is a charming read.

You can learn a lot from the farm with the infamous hungry caterpillar from Eric Carle. There is the farmer, the cow and everything. I think the colours are vibrant enough to catch the young kids eye and they are definitely going to love it if they loved the character, the caterpillar!

Block Books are so chunky in the appearance it has its own satisfaction that gives in the appearance alone. Paired up with Starwars was a fantastic idea, as everybody is hooked up with the series and it is very very cute!

The setting of the book caught my eye as it is in a pitch dark night and only the big shining moon is shimmering over the forest. The characters in the books are so cute, and I enjoyed what they were doing in the full moonlight!

I found the story humorous because as a mom, I can relate to no one else seeing the messes. The importance of communication in a situation similar to the Russet family fell flat. It was a enjoyable read and great fun.

It is a cute book that teaches about colours and young or little kids can learn from the book. Also it has lift the flap so it is quite engaging for little ones to get engaged reading and enjoying the book.

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is truly an amazing yet daunting novel that I will never forget. It was very emotional and sad altogether. I will definitely read more by this author and recommend this book.

A blue eyed sheepdog lives on an island. He is busy all day doing important stuff like sniffing, scratching, fetching, snoozing and swimming. Lovely story about what a fun life a dog has and how much nicer it is to do something with a friend.

Reading Books can be a tool in learning English, but it can also be a tool to learn of elementary stuff or fundamental concepts of various things in the world. It is easy and simple, perfect for beginner readers.

Another beautiful, accessible informational introduction to Islam for young children. I like how the illustrator tried to show the variety of different Muslims from around the world. Also you can learn of various shapes in the world.
