Each animal in this series faces an emotional hurdle that teaches gentle life lessons about emotional growth without ever feeling preachy. I love these books not only for their beautiful illustrations but also for how they help my toddler navigate big feelings and life experiences, from embracing change to learning to share.

This is a book that I want to keep on our bookshelf forever. Each double-page spread depicts a month of the year in beautiful detail. The rhyming text perfectly captures each month, while a different animal home is waiting to be explored. I can’t wait to add the rest of the series to our bookshelf!

A great book! It will keep kids guessing, make them laugh out loud, and the illustrations are fantastic. A fun and entertaining read for kids!

I couldn’t decide which of these books to get because I loved all of them, so I ended up buying the entire series. They are a little pricey for board books, but I think they’re definitely worth it.

The flaps and movable parts keep little hands busy, while the simple recipe theme encourages curiosity about food and cooking. Some of the vocabulary may be challenging for EFL learners who are not yet fluent, but the illustrations do an excellent job of supporting comprehension and clearly showing the actions and ingredients. Even when my child doesn’t know a word, they can usually figure out its meaning from the pictures.

What I especially love is that these books teach real-world skills in a fun way that is age-appropriate. The recipes are simple enough so that you could actually follow them and make the dishes at home with your child, which adds another layer of learning and interaction beyond story time. It’s a great way to introduce children to cooking, sequencing, and everyday vocabulary.
