This book is very fun. Tom desperately wants to go to the school trip, and fortunately for him, he goes. And, another happy thing happens! His doodle is seen by Karen Wafer, who makes owns a biscuit factory, and she decides to put it on the biscuits' package, and advertisement! I was relieved and liked the ending.

톰 게이츠는 아이가 정말 좋아해주었던 시리즈였는데, 이 시리즈로 인하여 아이의 영어실력도 한단계 올라갈 수 있었어요. 톰의 낙서장과 같은 이 책은, 톰의 낙서를 따라할 수도 있고, 말투도 따라하다보면 일기 쓰는 법도 간접적으로 배울 수 있는 책이지요. 특히 아이들이 공감할만한 학교얘기, 밴드활동 얘기 등이 나와서 재미있게 읽을 수 있는 것 같아요. 이 책 역시 몇 번이고 반복해서 보았네요.
