I couldn’t decide which of these books to get because I loved all of them, so I ended up buying the entire series. They are a little pricey for board books, but I think they’re definitely worth it.
The flaps and movable parts keep little hands busy, while the simple recipe theme encourages curiosity about food and cooking. Some of the vocabulary may be challenging for EFL learners who are not yet fluent, but the illustrations do an excellent job of supporting comprehension and clearly showing the actions and ingredients. Even when my child doesn’t know a word, they can usually figure out its meaning from the pictures.
